I’m Stewie. I was found in my house with my brother after my family sold it and left us there. We had been there for three weeks with very little food and water. It was a terrible thing to do to us and I took a long time to get over it. I came to K9 with my brother early in 2016. He is much smaller than me and found a home quickly. I missed him a lot and, because I am quite shy, I found the kennels quite frightening and stressful. After four months a kind lady offered to give me a long-term foster home. I have been there some months now and I am so grateful. My people give me lots of love and affection and I am very happy to be in such a safe and cosy home with them.
Money is very tight, though, and I don’t want to put even more pressure on them than I already do. Like all dogs, I have to have regular prevention medication for heartworm, worms, fleas and ticks. These all cost quite a lot of money so I got to thinking that perhaps another kind person would be willing to sponsor me so I can pay for these myself. It would be so helpful for my loving and caring family. Will you please be my sponsor?
