She was being kept in an empty property, only being fed when owner visited. She gave birth to puppies the neighbour asked the owner to surrender the dogs, which he did. Once the puppies were old enough Luca came to k9 for adoption, she came very shy but now with people she knows she is very loving and playful. She needs time to respond to strangers
