Fran is a large dog of 5 years old, Sadly his owner has been forced to sign him over to k9, due to financial troubles and no where to live.
He is a super friendly and a good dog to walk. Unfortunately he has tested positive for heartworm, but he is currently in good condition and will receive regular prevention to keep it under control
